What a wonderful first week! Here are some important announcements:
- We will be having a Scientific Method quiz on Friday. Be sure to review your white slip book, but don't forget to bring it back to school!
- Brag boards are due September 12th.

- This is my 11th year of teaching and my 6th year here at Emerald Hill. I graduated from Penn State in 2003 and received my National Board Certification in 2008. I was raised in Mountainhome, PA and I'm the youngest of seven children. My brothers and sisters are spread all over the East Coast, but we try to keep in touch the best we can! I've been married to my wonderful husband, Mark, for nine years and we have two adorable sons. Blake turned 5 in July and Cole turned 2 in March.
